Affairs of State

London Tunnels RO

Aye dim corridors and white glossed thoroughfares.
They drop down here, and pick up over there.
Young ones go in to never climb back out the stair.
Pretty sinister, exhausting state of affairs… for anyone who cares.
The rat race slumber blunders on.

… for the moment.

Inspired by Adam Raisbeck, if it’s worth anything, and from here – https://plus.google.com/106378646438633592924/posts/euoDJkK4F25 … which is.

It’s a thread on Google+ talking mainly about WikiLeaks. Well worth the read.

Kombucha

Kombucha RO

So I’m getting into Kombucha. I’m new to it so I’m not claiming to be an expert but it’s all good stuff so I thought I’d give you some background, method and resources.

Why do this? – Health benefits.

It’s a fermented drink of sweetened black or green tea which is produced by fermenting the tea using a symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast. The yeast culture can also be referred to as a Mother Culture, Scoby or sometimes mushroom.

There are five things you’ll need:

1. A Glass jar.
2. Mother Culture.
3. Thermometer.
4. Tea bags.
5. Water.

Kombucha RO

The rule of thumb seems to be the purer and more organic the better. The following resources are going to be primarily UK specific.

You may already have suitable containers. You’re looking at around 12 quid. I used this place in Somerset that hand blows 2.5ltr jars – http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/231179953805?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649

Mother Cultures can be made from scratch but it’s a technical process and given that with each new batch a new culture will develop for use in your next batch, I thought it best just to buy one from someone who knows what they’re doing. You’re looking at 6 quid. Actually quite hard to find good ones. This place was the best I could find – http://happykombucha.co.uk/products/oragnic-kombucha-scoby

Delivery time is decent and you get the culture in a double water-tight bag that you can just cut open and slide the culture into your tea without touching. Sterile handling is key.

It’s worth having an LCD stick on thermometer with readings in degrees Celsius and Fahrenheit so you can keep an eye on its environment. The culture likes to be kept at between 70 and 76 degrees Fahrenheit.

Tea bags should preferably be either green or black. With my first batch I went with an English Breakfast tea in posh tea bags from http://www.teapigstea.com/ (I shopped around but you can get all the key items directly from Happy Kombucha, which I possibly would have done but the Scoby was the last thing I sourced)

You want to be getting plain tea rather than flavoured tea containing oils. From what I’ve read this can be detrimental to the health of your culture.

TP RO

“This is the teapig signature blend – their daily cuppa, our builders brew, our Rosy Lee. Call it what you want but teapigs everyday brew is the ultimate British favourite. They have blended three top quality whole leaf black teas – Assam, Ceylon and a lovely Rwandan – to give a balanced, malty, zesty alliance and the most perfect cup of tea. Black tea – from Rwanda, Assam and Ceylon. This tea is perfect for Kombucha making and gives a strong fruity flavoured Kombucha.”

With the water I sourced fresh spring water rather than tap water. Like I said the better the stuff you use the more potent and healthy the batch is going to be.

Then you need to leave it for about a month. This’ll give you your Kombucha tea and your baby culture. The mother can be reused time after time.

The process:

Special thanks to my pal ‘Dr Quinn Medicine Woman’ aka ‘The Jesus of Archery’ for putting me onto the drink if you’re reading.

The Transhumanist Model to End All Life

Oculus Rift RO

The PR shots are all smiley faces but in reality what you’ll see are slack jawed, empty expressions.

Now, the context behind what inspired this post was Oculus Rift, but really I’m looking forward in time to our being lead towards the option of having computer chips absorbed into our bodies.

Incidentally, everybody’s best friend Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook quietly acquired Oculus Rift in March 2014.

Mark Zuckerberg RO

- Facebook’s founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg reportedly instigated the deal. “Strategically we want to start building the next major computing platform that will come after mobile,” he said on a conference call on Tuesday night. Zuckerberg sees the acquisition as part of Facebook’s mission to build the so-called knowledge economy. “There are not many things that are candidates to be the next major computing platform,” he said. “[This acquisition is a] long-term bet on the future of computing.”

Facebook Tactics RO

Not content with selling your personal information to pharmaceutical companies that trade Viagra, your photos to marketing firms which advertise dating websites (Yeah the above picture isn’t a pop-up ad here on this blog, it’s just an example of the kind of thing the photos you upload to Facebook end up being used for) and your net activity to God knows who else, your brain pattern signature and thought patterns will eventually be on the open market too it seems.

VR Chicken RO

This is something I’ve been considering for a while now.

Because if you keep in mind the Transhumanist instruction for individuals to merge their existing biological computer with the artificial, then the next abomination to emerge from that state of mind is for those people to look at apes and think “The ape is limited. Ugly. We must assist it by plugging it into AI too.”

Bastardising the Orangutang. Then the dog. Then the fruit bat… I assume.

And where does all that end?

It might not surprise you to know that there are millions who can’t wait for this kind of thing.

Transhumanist Fools RO

… but I’m positive that those people haven’t considered these concepts to any great degree at all. I asked where all that ends, but it’s an ultimate end to most lifeforms on planet Earth in fact.

A totally mad concept that we’re being primed to rush towards.

Lucy – Universal Pictures

At the time of writing this film is in post.

“A woman, accidentally caught in a dark deal, turns the tables on her captors and transforms into a merciless warrior evolved beyond human logic.” – From IMDB.

Jerd RO

I see this differently.

To my mind this is appealing to the subconscious mind of the viewer in line with the prospect of merging the real with the unreal. Everything of note centres around this at the present time if you’re paying attention. It’s developing a core, false sense of security in those who haven’t recognised what’s going to be presented to them tomorrow. So that, when the choice is presented to them, then the conscious mind is more likely to see it as a viable solution to our problems and to follow the instruction.

cinema-audience RO

This is emotional conditioning, rather than a literal concept being veiled for entertainment.

The tragedy of our stunting.

Its opening premise is a crucial point in fact. I suspect that the Human brain utilises around 5 to 7% of its truly innate faculties at the present time, but the last thing the destroyer of life wants is for us to start questioning who or what restricted our true potential in ages past, and for us to start working out what the best methods through which to begin reversing those restrictions might be.

Head In Clouds RO

It would be preferred for us to buy into the notion of developing on our abilities via artificial intelligence – For us to put our head in the Cloud.

… What’s sad to me is that there are millions who can’t wait to do just that already.

It’s an age old story. We’re lead in a certain direction by the destroyer of life who then sit back and watch us tear ourselves apart.

… Probably from underground this time.

If we fall for it.

Russell Brand

It’s not usual for me to stoke the flames of distraction, but the following was my response to a video Danny The Spiritual Entertainer made regarding Russell Brand (below). It proved popular so it’s wound up on here. As always the video is posted first to give you the context.

It’s very difficult to know for sure with people who could be deemed to be a product of the mainstream communications media fame-making machine. But I value your opinion Danny.

One of the dangers is that the destroyer of life seeks to bring about physical revolution on the streets for obvious reasons, and to prevent a psychological revolution within the mind, again for obvious reasons. They’re not really bothered who the figurehead of that potential revolution happens to be.

In truth, the more deeply the hypnotised idolise someone, then the greater the likelihood of the young and naive in-turn promoting the concept of attempting physical revolution whilst in their confused and disorganised state.I don’t mind the bloke and I’ll give him time, but the vehemency of idolaters that follow someone in the spotlight around is embarrassing. Off putting.

No groups. No leaders.

Coronation St RO

It’s the culture of subconscious superficiality left in the man’s wake. The hearing but not listening and seeing but not looking. Spirituality in a sound bite during the adverts on Coronation Street. A total absence of study.

Russell Brand Groupies RO

I wouldn’t say that I was a particularly spiritual person. It wouldn’t be for me to say such a thing. But I can see when the concept, or just the word on its own, is used as a gimmick at least. A crutch. And we do a lot of that.

No short cuts!

Mesiah Complex RO

And it is a messiah complex.

Why do we keep buying into that? – Valuing one person over another in an unhealthy way purely because their image has been pushed onto us through a billboard. The dignified man walking in circles with a trundle wheel who’s name I don’t know commands more acknowledgement. The beauty is underpinned in the selfless nature of his outrage.

Scrapping The BBC TV License

Child at TV RO

If you’re from outside of Great Britain and you’re unfamiliar with the concept of the Television License, here’s a summary:

Each year, residents of the UK receive threatening letters from The TV Licensing Agency encouraging / convincing them to pay approximately 150GBP / 250USD. The threats are enforced by a third party company called Capita who generally intimidate the vulnerable, elderly and infirm during daytime hours when the majority of the population are at work.

When the BBC was formed in 1922 it was set out in the Royal Charter that the ability for it to profit through its activities or sell advertising would be forbidden.

The BBC set up BBC Worldwide as a subsidiary company in 1994 so as to circumvent the rules initially set-up to prevent abuse of the license payers’ contributions. They extort from the public as the BBC and use that money to create content as the BBC, but then sell the content financed by their victims around the world under BBC Worldwide. In 2012 BBC Worldwide made 15 Billion GBP (15,000,000,000.00) for its private shareholders. If that’s not taking the piss out of you… I don’t know what is.

It’s commonly disputed that BBC Worldwide has any private shareholders, however shareholder’s are mentioned on the company balance sheets.

In recent times, and because fewer people rely on television, people have grown tired of this extortion.

Depending on how much you know about law, the Bill of Rights of 1689 and the process of TV License enforcement, you might be wondering what the issue is here and it’s possible I might loose you with the following perspective on current proposals to scrap the TV license. If you think you’re required to pay for a License it might be worth looking here – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lHVOplU1HvY … for more background.

Scrapping the BBC TV License

TV License RO

To understand the context of this post see here:

“They’re also talking about…”

I’m not really interested in what people working within mainstream communications media or government are talking about, but I’ll break down what you’re seeing.

A reaction, in short. Strategy.

Given that I’ve never bought a TV license, haven’t watched a TV since 1999 and have been a staunch advocate for refusing to do either for as long as I care to remember, you might assume that the notion of the TV License being ‘decriminalised’ would be deemed as a small victory to me. It isn’t. I see it as a failure if anything.

A failure because unfortunately, for most people, ‘decriminalisation’ (ie. word magick) will be enough. Ample sedative. And so it’ll be business as usual for Aunty Beeb.

You see the TV License was key for us. All the ammunition was there; a pedophile ring working from within a building adorned with sculptures depicting old men stood with naked children, BBC Worldwide selling the content financed by their targets around the world to the tune of approx 15billionGBP per annum, the extortion element and how, essentially the premise of the TV License and paying for one is against the law….and on, and on. It was a real catalyst.

But the swell of individuals who’ve been whipping their phones out to record themselves telling license inspectors to piss off has been noted. (you can see dozens of examples of this here – https://www.youtube.com/user/uktvcool/videos )

The last thing the destroyer of life wants is for the common man to start opposing the system in a more organised fashion, in numbers.

Britain Students Protest

Disorganised opposition ie, the young and naive being influenced to mill around central monuments and stand about on streets shouting, is fine. Real people starting to communicate and cooperate with others in their local community though? No, your intended destroyer doesn’t like the idea of that so much.

See, it would have started with the TV License. Communities would end up standing together once they saw their neighbours being brave enough to say “No!”. Once people realised their collective power in this regard, it can be assumed that it would then only be a matter of time before they started to communicate similar messages with regards to other irregularities. eg, Mortgages, Tax, Council Tax, local governance etc etc.

Preventing the above from happening is the real motivation.

The TV License and opposing it would have brought people together. Got them ready for the more complicated challenges which lie ahead.

Tick RO

What you’re seeing is a strategy to appease the populous in-line with changes to how media is consumed and collective state of mind.

It’s the parasite reconfiguring its position to alleviate the host’s discomfort.

… because, naturally, with a cash cow this big, does the reader really think that the financial loss wouldn’t be recouped via some other means? Certainly it would be.

All this aside, the fact that people still actually watch Television in 2014 is astonishing to me.

… What an offense to their own soul that is.
